| How much does it cost? | ||||
| There is currently no charge to post an ad in any category except jobs and erotic sections. After you have posted your ad, you do however have to option to highlight your listing. The charges are as follows:: | ||||
| Posting in jobs section: Posting in erotic section: |

| Highlighting in jobs or services: $10 | ||||
| Highlighting in any other category: $5 | ||||
| The option to highlight your post is located in your publishing kit after your ad has been posted. | ||||
| How do I post an ad? | ||||
| Please follow these steps to post a new ad. (You will need a valid/working email address to publish your post): | ||||
| a.- Click on the 'post to' button on our homepage. | ||||
| b.- Select the category that best fits your item(s). | ||||
| c.- Select the subcategory that best fits your item(s). | ||||
| d.- Read and Agree with our TOS (terms of service). | ||||
| e.- Fill all the required fields with valid information. A publishing kit will be emailed to you in the next 15 minutes. | ||||
| f.- Check you email and open your publishing kit | ||||
| g.- Finally click on the 'Publish button' to make you ad/post public. | ||||
| Can I post in multiple cities? | ||||
| You cannot post a listing in more than one city, however you may post your listing in the country instead (for instance: you may post your item for sale in California and again in USA). This way users can view your post both locally and nationally. | ||||
| When will my listing expire? | ||||
| Currently, all posting expire in 45 days. | ||||
| How do I edit/delete my post? | ||||
| To edit or delete your post, click on the link that was emailed to you to open your publishing kit. Then click on the edit button to edit your post or delete to delete your post from the site. Note: Once you delete a post there's no way to recover it. | ||||
| How do I include a picture? | ||||
| There are ways to include a picture in your post: | ||||
| a.- Upload your pictures to our server though your publishing kit. (Up to 4 picture) | ||||
| b.- Use external pictures through <IMG> tags in your ad's description. | ||||
| How do I include a YouTube video? | ||||
| To include a YouTube video simply copy and paste the embed URL for that video into the 'Embed YouTube video URL:' field (Note that this is not the same as your regular youtube video URL). If you don't see this text box/option when posting, then this feature might be disabled for the type of listing you are trying to post. | ||||
| What are Permissions? | ||||
| There are two kinds of permissions: 1) ' ' will allow you to choose if you want to be contacted about these other topics displayed or not displayed in your ad. 2) ' ' will allow you to choose whether you want to receive emails when someone post a comment about your post. Note that this feature might also be disabled by the administrator. Remember you may update/change your permission preferences later on from your publishing kit that was emailed to you. | ||||
| My post was flagged/deleted, what do I do now? | ||||
| Once a post was flagged or deleted from our site you will need to repost your ad. Most posts will be deleted after they expire or if they were flagged by several different users. Make sure that your new post follows our Terms of Use and is not prohibited or restricted to avoid being flagged again. | ||||
| I didn't receive my publishing kit, what do I do? | ||||
| It might take up to 20 minutes to receive your publishing kit depending on server traffic although most times is instant. If after 20 minutes you don't receive your publishing kit then please use the 'Recover Publishing Kit' form to resend it. You may also use this form if you lost your publishing kit after publishing. | ||||
| How do I search for an Item? | ||||
| To search for an item simply type in your keywords in the search box. You may choose different search parameters such as a minimum and maximum price,
and category such as for sale or jobs. You can search both by city or country. Users have the option to post their ad in a country as well as a city if they are willing to ship, offer their services in more than one city, or in general are willing to deal with anyone from any state. |

| How do I flag a post/ad? | ||||
| Our flagging system allows users to impact the contents of the site as so please remember always to flag carefully. You may flag a post/ad as one of the following: | ||||
| a.- Spam - Use this button to flag items that are considered spam, such as website promoting its site. Ex: 'Check out this site', 'Free Cell phones', etc. | ||||
| b.- Miscategorized - Use this button to flag post that were posted in the wrong category. Ex: An ad selling a car in the services section, or a ad for a job position in the housing section. | ||||
| c.- Prohibited - Use this button to flag posts that are offensive, or that break our terms of use policy. Ex: Inappropriate language, racist comments, etc | ||||
| d.- Best of - Use this button to nominate a post to as Best of where it will be preserved from deletetion and displayed in a special category (Best-of). | ||||
| How can I contact the author of an ad/post? | ||||
| If the user has not included their email or contact info, you may contact the author of a post by clicking on the 'contact this user' link in the top left corner of the ad. We will automatically email the user for you. | ||||
| Why can I only leave 1 comment per post/ad? | ||||
| For security reasons, we only allow 1 public comment per post. If you still have a comment or question about the post/ad you may contact the author privately through the contact form. | ||||
| How do I email a posting to someone or a friend? | ||||
| To email a post/ad to a friend, simply click on the 'email posting to a friend' link and fill the text fields with valid information. You may email the posting to yourself. | ||||
